I'm sure you've all heard the old saw about the only thing remaining constant is change. And I've yet to find a place where that is more true than online forums.

I'm sorry to report that we've lost a member of our moderating staff. Rick, who has been helping out around here for quite a while, has come to the realization he has too many irons in the fire. And he has decided to step aside here, to devote more time to the rest of his life.

We definitely want to thank Rick for his months of service to this forum. Rick, we wish you the best and certainly hope you'll still find time to remain active on the site.

And with that change, we're once again looking to add to our moderating staff.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with some forum moderating experience. Some moderating experience on a vBulletin forum would be a bonus. We're fortunate in that actual moderation is pretty much not required around here, as our members are doing a pretty good job of policing themselves. So the biggest part of the responsibilities would come down to simply being present on the forum and being prepared to help members with problems they may be having with the forum software and its various functions.

If you are interested in helping out around here, long hours and zero pay, send me a Private Message and tell me why you are the person for the job.
