Question Coil over shocks

Hey guys,anyone know a rough poundage rating for running coil over springs in the rear of a bucket,have a feeling that mine might be a bit high

150-175 seem to work good.

I started with 150lbs and droped down to 130lbs and got a lot better ride.
I would have gone to 120lbs if i could have got the springs.all this depends on the weight of your car and your weight and passengers. I weight 170lbs and my wife about the same. the 130s took a lot of the jolt out of bumps makes trips more enjoyable. my T weighs in at 1960lbs

Hi Kyle I have a set of holden shocks (front) inside Triamph Herald springs on the back of my bucket seems to work well I ave also used the herald shocks on another bucket I had on the front & back
