I just bought the basis for my T Project this week, I have a frame with some suspension mounts, body, small pickup box and an 8" rear end. I am trying to find out who made the body, it is in black gelcoat and the pickup box has "Bird" molded in where the original said "Ford". Going off the way the body sits on the frame I am going to need a longer box so I will sell this one but was wondering if anyone has seen this body before?

Thanks!

Wish I would have bought one from Bird back then. If I remember, the chassis and body was around $200-$300.

When everything seems to be going against you, remember that the airplane takes off against the wind, not with it.

I did buy one. Flimsy body - very short frame- 88" wheelbase I think. I never saw one finished. Visited the "factory" ( in 3 silos) in Nebraska. Funny stuff. They only knew of ONE finished. Had some clever frame features though.
