Turn signals in the rear can be amber to right?

I want to use a Red Double filament in the rear as my Brake/Tail lights and a Amber Single filament in the rear for the turn signal.

Check with your DMV to be sure.

Does if have to do with the year of the car? Because my car has amber blinkers.

If that is what you like, go for it. Just remember when wiring the turn signal to NOT go through the brake light circuit as is done in a "conventional" system. Wire direct from the turn signal switch to the light.

Hit it with a hammer and if that doesn't fix it, you have an electrical problem.

A madel ''A'' tail light has two bulbs in it and IMO would be more fitting with the Model ''T'' theme of your car.
